The opening of a new dealership shows positive thinking by the franchise and involves a huge investment by the dealer. In the lead up to opening, local interest is high and can often generate enquiries before the launch date. The ability of staff to handle this early stage effectively depends on advanced training in dealership systems and operations.
Broomfield Associates are providing training for new dealers in systems ensuring each new user has full operational access. We also ensure all the computers are set up to run the new applications and prepare the dealership for their official opening.
The training is delivered in-house on a one to one or small group basis and covers both sales and aftersales, acting as an initial support function in advance of more formal programs.
The objective is simple: at the end of the session dealer staff are able to understand the day to day operations and functionality of the new franchise and feel confident from the moment the doors open. We understand how a dealer operates at this early stage and we are able to target specific activities ranging from product ordering to parts identification.

E-learning Systems Simulations Broomfield Associates have developed a way to precisely replicate the look of any dealer based extranet system and use it to train in an offline environment. This provides a structured approach with a measured outcome, a reliable system without the need for a live link, and an adaptable system easily updated and changed to suit each current operation.
The system is completely mobile and does not require any additional software to be used so delegates can either access the training from a live site and be handed it at the end of a session on disk or USB.
Each series is stand alone or can be combined into one simulation. Updates and new sections can be added without the need to redevelop the whole series.
